Route information
A written conversation should begin with the actual destination and the people involved. General distance estimates cannot confirm a method, schedule, or fee.
Share the city or general destination area and the address relevant to an agreed handoff.
Name the airport you could use and whether another suitable option would work for your household.
Provide a date range and the periods when an adult can receive the puppy and remain available.
Ask which conditional method can be considered after the puppy and route details are reviewed.
Written quote
Transportation fees are separate from the puppy price unless the written agreement says otherwise. Ask which costs the quote covers, when payment is due, and how a requested change could affect the amount.
A quote applies to the route and conditions it describes. A different airport, date, handoff point, or method may require a revised plan.
Timing range
Reserve enough time for the handoff and a calm arrival. The receiving adult should remain reachable for updates and avoid stacking visitors or errands into the puppy’s first hours at home.

Prepare the home
Set up a secure resting area, water, the food named in the current instructions, and a simple plan for supervision. Contact a veterinarian before homecoming so the initial visit can occur within the period stated in the Health Guarantee.
Tell Old Pine which details are firm and which remain flexible. If the receiving adult, destination, airport, date, or requested method changes, ask for an updated written plan and quote. Keep the puppy’s records and written terms ready for the initial veterinary visit. Limit visitors during the first hours and give the puppy time to rest after the route and handoff.
